Butterfly - is one of the most beautiful things created by nature. According to an ancient Indian legend, butterflies give our wishes to the heavens.

My passion for butterflies began quite a long time ago. Travelling across the dreamlike island Sri Lanka, I remember the first time I saw a butterfly the size of my hand. They were so bright, so beautiful, and they were so many... The butterflies fluttered above my head and occasionally it was hard to understand - was it a butterfly or a bird? I extended my arms to them, with trepidation hoping for one of them to sit on my hand. I would've made a million wishes and they would've come true. But butterflies, are like plucked and carried by the wind flowers, continued to flutter without paying attention to anyone...

My name is Tanja Melnik and I want to give you the opportunity to feel the touch of a butterfly. The touch of beauty and ease. While making the collections I take inspiration from nature. I pretty much don't have to think of anything - everything the most beautiful is already thought of and created by nature. I only try to at least give you a part of this beauty through my works. All my creations are unique. They are made by hand and with huge love. Making these butterflies, I can imagine, how they will beautify and please you. In my work I only use the highest quality materials - glass beads, Swarovski crystals and natural stones. All the creations are sewn with a sturdy thread and then taped on the back with glue. With careful use and storage my butterflies will please you for many years!
